Sip Trunk Setup

Setup Information required for us to process an order for Sip Trunks.

If you're unable to answer any of these questions please fill in what you can then forward the answers and we'll contact you about the rest!

1) Site address, site contact name, telephone number and email address

If this is same as your billing address, that's fine, but if it's not, it's important to have the actual installation location details here.

2) Technical contact name, phone number and email if different from above.

Please give us the contact details of whoever will be setting up the PBX system the Sip Trunk will be connecting to. If we're installing your PBX for you, just put "Wizards".

3) Billing address if different from above.

4) Internet access.

Please indicate type of connection (ADSL, SDSL, Leased Line, etc.) and speeds both downstream and up (e.g. 8m/440k) and the service provider. Please also indicate if you use this connection for other purposes.

5) Call barring

Do you require the barring of any of the following outgoing call types:-

No call barring?
International calls?
Mobile calls?
Premium (09xx) calls?
All calls?

6) PBX equipment.

Please indicate what PBX the Sip Trunk will feed.

Type (e.g. 3CX, Asterisk, Epygi, Avaya)
Vendor (who supplies it?)
Model
Software version?
IP address:
Authentication by Ip address (preferred) or SIP Username (only if the IP address is not fixed)?

7) Phone number requirements.

Please indicate how many phone numbers you require and in what STD/Area code. You have to have at least one phone number! You can have as many numbers in as many code areas as you need. If you require non-geographic numbers (0844, 0800, 0303, etc..) please contact us to disuss your requirement.
