PSTN (Private Switched Telephone Network) lines are ordinary run of the mill "landlines" for calls, fax, modems, broadband...

ISDN2 lines
ISDN-2 lines (also called Basic Rate ISDN or BRI), provide a 2-channel digital service. With "instant connect", and the ability to have muliple numbers on the line, these are most commonly used for smaller PBX systems, typically those needing up to 8-10 lines. They can' also be used for data, though few are since the advent of Broadband.

ISDN30 lines
ISDN-30 lines (also called Primary Rate ISDN or PRI), provide a digital service with up to 30 channels per line. Can be used for data but primarily used for PBX "trunk" lines for sites requireing more than 8 lines.
