As with our broadband packages, all FTTC packages come with
- Hosting of a domain
- Webspace
- Fixed IP address (or block of addresses)
- Up to five POP boxes
- Real-people support
Please note that FTTC is subject to a minimum service period of 1 year.

Notes
- the maximum speeds attainable on any given line depend on line length and quality, both of which factors are outside our control. Please ask us to test your line and find out what speeds you can expect.
- Peak usage is 8am to 8pm, seven days per week.
- You can change tariffs at any time, or you can pay a one-off charge for extra bandwidth if you need to exceed your cap temporarily.
- If you exceed your allowance, we do not cut you off! We will however be in touch to discuss options.
- Please note that you CANNOT use an existing ADSL router for this service. You will need a router offering an ethernet "WAN" port capable of managing a PPPoE service. We can recommend a wide range of suitable devices, or find out if your existing device is suitable.
