Welcome to our easy to use, fast setup, cost effective telephone system, suitable for single users wanting an extra phone, to small companies, and beyond. All the power of a full PBX based system - but no PBX to install and maintain!
Its fast
Order today and within two days (typically) you will receive a pre-configured internet phone or ATA ready to plug in. If you order the phone, just plug it in to your broadband router, a power supply, and within seconds it'll log itself in to our servers and be ready to make and receive calls. If you order the ATA - just as simple but you need to plug one or more ordinary phones in to the unit.
It's easy
The hardware we supply you with is pre-configured and tested. Unless you have a very strange internet connection setup, it should all just work out of the box. (NOTE however that Wifi is not supported - you must connect the phone or ATA to your router with ethernet cable.)
It's expandable
Got a new employee starting and need another extension? Want an extension at home? Opening a branch office, shop or warehouse? Just order another phone on the same account, it'll arrive within a couple of days and already be on your setup menus. Phones on your system can be in different geographical locations, e.g. you can have an office with six extensions in it and a warehouse 20 miles away with two more extensions... You can choose any UK geographical STD code for your phone numbers.
It's cost effective
You don't have to pay for the phone system itself, so the usual four-figure startup fees for even small phone systems are not here. You just pay for the phone and the preconfiguration, then a regular monthly rental for each phone that costs about the same as renting a line from BT. But lines rented from BT were never this powerful! The cost of calls is very low indeed - calls to UK landlines, for example, are .75 pence per minute - yes, that is THREE QUARTERS of a PENNY per minute, with no setup charge, and no minimum duration. Calls between phones on your own system are free, even if the phones are in different offices.
It's powerful
ALL the features you expect of a modern high spec telephone PBX are present in the system. And instead of paying someone £90 every time you want to change something, you can manage it yourself via a web based control panel. You can set up failover (a divert that takes effect if your phone is not logged in - so no calls are lost just coz your internet goes down or phone breaks), divert all calls, divert on no answer, divert on busy, you can forward calls to any "extension" on your system or, indeed, to any number on the planet, including home phones, mobiles, clients or suppliers. Incoming calls can be routed to a voicemail service. You can set up conference calls. The web portal also gives you complete call histories for every extension, so you can see who's been doing what. You can set up individual and company-wide directories. You can make calls from Outlook contacts page, without having to tap the number in. You can re-call any number in your recent-calls list.
