All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at the appropriate rate.
Invoices are raised quarterly. Once you've paid the setup and first quarter invoice, we don't mind if you pay quarterly or monthly.
MAX services are NOT guaranteed, the speed and reliability you get depends how far you are from the exchange and on the quality of your phone line. If in any doubt, please chat to us before ordering.
SDSL setup price includes the cost of a new line - but note with SDSL, unlike ADSL, you cannot use the line for regular calls.
Changing between tarrifs sometimes attracts an "upgrade" fee from BT. Some changes do not. Pls call to discuss any planned changes, we'll help work out the best route.
