Business Continuity - Your Telephones
Office closed! Office burned down!
What happens when your office burns down? Or the oil depot next door to it explodes? (Yes, one of our customers was right next door to Buncefield). What happens if you can't get into your office because the police have closed the area? OK, your staff can work from home or on their mobiles from a backup site or the local coffee shop. But your incoming calls are going unanswered, and your customers are getting cross, they have no idea what is going on.
Wizards have tools to help you keep running even if you can't get to your desk.
One-click DR plan
Using our system, with a single click on a website you can reach from anywhere on the internet, an authorised person can switch your incoming calls to your "Disaster Recovery" setting. You plan this setting ahead of time, not when the crisis has already arrived. And it's way more comprehensive than just diverting your main number to someone's mobile. You can set up a different "DR" destination for every inbound number you have, all your DDIs, main number, fax number... Each of these DR "destinations" can include "no answer" and "busy" alternates, voicemail, or even an auto-attendant menu.
One-click restore
And when the crisis is over, you can use a single click to return to your "normal" settings. Or create a new "normal" plan before you switch back.
Insurance risk
Your business continuity insurance may not cover you if you havn't taken reasonable steps to cater for such a situation - or they may reduce your premiums if you can demonstrate that you have!
